Now, with the retirement of Senator Dominici, Dan has resolved to run for Congress to help empower ordinary people and to energize and revitalize one of the poorest, worst performing Congressional Districts in America.    With the amount of funds dedicated to this area, residents of Congressional District 3 deserve better infrastructure, jobs, industry, health care, conservation, water, and education for our children. Dan will work in Congress to stimulate the local Northern economy through new business and other opportunities. He believes New Mexico's unique natural beauty, resources and people require a representative with sensible independent thinking skills and a voice to create national, social and economic policies that provide what this region has long needed and deserved .
