Economy:

            We need to reinvest in America and its failing infrastructure. 

            This creates more jobs and better paying jobs

 

Energy:

            We need a balanced approach that will increase our domestic supplies, reduce demand from foreign oil

            Promote and invest in renewable and alternative fuels for greater independence and cleaner environment

 

Education:

            Give parents more choices in education

            Lessen the Federal bureaucracy on schools

            Promote transparency to access performance, promote accountability and share innovations in education

            Get education back in the state and local governments.  This is closest to the parents, kids and schools

 

Family Values:

            Protect the sanctity of life and the institution of marriage between man and woman.

 

Health Care:

            Increase competition and consumer choice

            Streamline regulations for free market solutions

            Reduce costs for employers

            Make health insurance portable

 

2nd Amendment:

            Protect the rights of Americans

            Enforce existing laws and make sure violent criminals are punished to the full extent of theses laws

 

National Security:

            Larger, modern military that will defeat terrorists and defend the US and our interests

            A stronger intelligence community

 

Immigration:

            Secure our borders and enforce immigration laws

            No amnesty

 

Federal Budget:

            We need market based approaches to promote our prosperity

            Embrace personal responsibility

            Cut wasteful government spending

            Complete a cost/benefit analysis of federal programs

 

Tax Reform:

            Cut or lower taxes

            Cut wasteful programs and spending on special interests

            Keep the money in the American peoples pockets

            Permanently extend the ’01 and ’03 tax cuts

            Repeal the death tax

            Reform the Alternative Minimum tax

            Permanently extend small business expensing and update and simplify depreciation schedules.
